Sample Applications of the RotaPlanner Grid Based Planner

There are 3 sample applications which are listed in order of complexity.

The first application is based on a Coffee Rota with three people being required each week, of whom one is required to bring the milk and other supplies.

The second application is based on the team of volunteers required to staff the weekly church services and includes the use of the Duty Sharing grid to identify those duties that can be combined.

The third application uses the specific extensions for Athletics Track and Field and shows the team of Field Judges being allocated duties using the grid and the duty lists being printed and/or emailed direct from the grid. In addition the duties for each judge can be shown in a timebased barchart with overlapping duties highighted.
